Walk the Moon’s hit “Anna Sun” gets a busy, blissful revisiting in this Trouble Productions Remix from Albert Hammond Jr. of the Strokes and producer Gus Oberg. The remix shimmers with dense yet washed-out vocals, sun-drenched synths and fluttering drum programming that propels the original melody to surreal heights.
For Walk the Moon, the attention around their single has been unexpected and exciting. “We’re psyched about how quickly ‘Anna Sun’ is spreading and how positive the response has been!” says frontman Nicholas Petricca. “Also, our heads exploded a little when we think of Albert and Gus remixing the track. Huge honor!”
Walk the Moon are set to release their self-titled debut album on June 19th through RCA.
